I have had eczema since I was young and recently I have discovered the secret to smooth skin. So here’s my advice on how to keep your eczema under control.

Here’s how to do it

To keep your stressed out eczema under control you need to first make yourself laugh. Find the inner joy. Next stay that way. Being happy through your inner joy triggers self love. You will love your body.

I made sure that for this I looked in the mirror every day and monitored what I ate, as well as drank lots of water. Keeping hydrated is probably the most important thing you could ever do. The bits with eczema are dry so keeping hydrated will moisturize the areas from inside out. Another thing you need to do is be aware of what you are eating. You may find like me your skin will react to different foods.

I highly advise eating fruits and veg for the majority because it makes the skin regrow back nicer and softer.

Try and choose what you eat in terms of energy and properties, not only taste.

Should you use prescripted steroids?

For me personally, I have stayed away from using whatever the dermatologist has given me because too much can make my skin worse. Plus when I used the products for the first time it made my skin soft and peel away quicker than ever, leaving some areas bleeding. But I’m no doctor yet, I’m just giving some personal advice that works for me.
