Amelia has a strong desire to learn new things. Her heart condition does not stop her to be indifferent to other children. It was Sunday, on 17 May 2009, Amelia would like to help painting the cupboard at the living room. She asked whether she was allowed to paint the cupboard. The answer was yes but on one condition, she must do as told. She was so excited and started painting the cupboard.

She was quite good at taking instructions. She moved the paintbrush from top to bottom as told.

After a few minutes, she painted the way she wanted to paint which was from side to side instead of from top to bottom.

She was admiring her own handy work.

She looked for other things to play. After finished painting, she played with adult’s shoes.
